This video shows the grieving parents of an American soldier who died in the Iran War. Plenty more could soon experience the same needless heartbreak. 

The U.S. has reportedly made “detailed preparations” for deploying ground troops into Iran, setting the stage for untold numbers of service members to get their limbs blown off fighting for Israel. Senior military commanders have submitted specific requests for such an option as the White House considers its next steps, sources told CBS News. Unsurprisingly, Lindsey Graham is thrilled.

The president on Thursday publicly condemned the idea of ground troops in Iran, but reporting suggests his administration is more open to the possibility than it lets on. The War Department has also reportedly held meetings to map out a possible ground operation, and thousands of Marines departed California for the Middle East last week. 

Considering Israel got us into this war, shouldn’t they be the ones to have to send troops to fight? Why does nobody in power even consider that as an option?
