Attempted Trump Assassin Invites President to Beat Him Up
Ryan Routh has a unique ability to keep himself in the news.
The attempted Trump assassin formally invited the president to punch him in the face "as many times as you want” on Tuesday, volunteering himself for physical humiliation as punishment for nearly taking the commander in chief’s life.
If Trump “wished to pummel [me] just for good measure, put on the handcuffs and shackles and give it your worst,” Routh wrote in a motion unsealed this week. “No cameras, no complaints, no [charges]. Just good fun.”
“Don’t be a p**sy,” he added.
Routh’s invitation is his latest of many outbursts since attempting to assassinate the president. He tried to stab himself in court in September and sought a transfer to Iran so the Iranians could “torture, kill and drag [him] through the streets” in October. We won’t try to predict his next charade.
